Crater Lake Charter Academy governed by the 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, Community Ed, Inc., which is overseen by a five member Board of Trustees. The members of the Board are responsible for fiscal management, supervision of the executive team, developing short and long term goals and overseeing charter school instructional operations. The Board is advised by Campus Boards on academic and on site activities.
Meetings of the Board are open to the public, and are held on the third Monday of each month, starting at 5:30pm.
